Hans Guter, DDS
Dr. Guter graduated in 1989 from Ohio State University and went on to complete an Advanced General Dentistry residency. He continually refines his expertise in dentistry having enrolled in courses for 9 years at the prestigious Pankey Institute along with taking close to 100 hours of continuing education every year. He is the continuing education chairman for the Ohio Academy of General Dentistry and is involved in presenting two courses per year for their Mastership program.
Dr. Guter is an active member in the dental field and belongs to the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Rehwinkle Dental Society, American Orthodontic Society, Ohio Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. He serves as a distinguished leader in various dental organizations. He has also received honorary fellowships in dental associations and is dedicated to maintaining the highest dental standards. Dr. Guter and his wife, Kathy, have three children: Brent, Austin, and Madison. When he is not pursuing dentistry, Dr. Guter enjoys crossword puzzles, motorcycles, and golfing. Dr. Guter has practiced general dentistry in Circleville since 1990. He focuses on TMJ treatment and cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. Kathy Guter, RDH
Kathy earned her Associate in Applied Science degree at Shawnee State University in 1991. She is married to Dr. Guter, and they have three children: Brent, Austin, and Madison. Kathy has been a part of the practice since 1991, working as a hygienist and helping at the front desk. Kathy loves being with her family and friends, riding motorcycles, and traveling to warm, sunny locations.
Lorraine Rhymer, CDA
Lorraine obtained her Certified Dental Assistant in 2005. She appreciates the Circleville community and loves the Circleville Pumpkin Show. Lorraine has a new appreciation for life after becoming a recent breast cancer survivor. She enjoys traveling, running 5k’s, motorcycle riding, reading books, and spending time with her boyfriend, Chris, and his son, Cody.
Jason Heminger, EFDA
Jason became certified as a dental assistant in 2010. He is married and has two beautiful daughters, Emma and Sophia. He played soccer and coached at Amanda Clearcreek High School. At college, he ran track and won state in the four-by-four relay. He is also a hockey fan and an avid follower of OSU football.
Paula Yarhouse, CDA
Paula graduated from OIHC in 2008 with her certificate in dental assisting, and currently attends Ohio Christian University to obtain her associate degree in business management. Paula grew up in Delaware, Ohio. She and her husband, Eric, have been married for 16 years and have two children. She is an Eastern Star at the Hebrew Lodge and also volunteers with Williamsport Youth Association in the spring and summer. She enjoys spending time at her children’s baseball and softball games. Her hobbies are reading, swimming, crocheting.
Kristin Porter, RDH
Kristin earned her Associate in Applied Sciences degree and her bachelor’s degree in health management at Shawnee State University in 2012. She lives in Chillicothe with her husband, Ryan, where they spend their extra time working at his business. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, hiking, CrossFit, and spending time with friends and family.
Angila Murray, Financial Coordinator
Angi has been in the insurance business since 1989. She has lived in Circleville her whole life. Angi has two boys, Devin and Dalton. She also helps take care of her goddaughter, Kaelan Lester-Trapp. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Dalton in his bowling league and bowling tournaments, and taking Kaelan to festivals and pageants.
Amy Comstock, RDH
Amy has worked with Dr. Hans Guter since 1993 as a registered dental hygienist, full and part-time. She and her husband, George, have two beautiful children: George Avery, who is 13, and Elizabeth, age 11. Amy is from Chillicothe, Ohio, and has lived there for 39 years. She enjoys her job, swimming, boating, four-wheeling, and social gatherings.
